Established in 2015 by me,  Anne-Marie Payne, The Little Cake Company rapidly grew and now  specialises in creating truly beautiful, contemporary sugar art and bespoke wedding cakes,  supplying to London and the South East of England.

The Little Cake Company was born when my eldest daughter turned 18; her birthday cake was my very first creation and with her imminent departure to university looming I dived headfirst into the wonderful world of all things sugar..  

I went from baking for family and friends to establishing a thriving business, one that in  the past year  concentrates soley on wedding cakes and sugar flowers.  I consistently invest in, and challenge myself to learn new skills and keep up with current trends. 

I believe that your cake should not only look and taste incredible but it should also be unique to you and reflect your personalities, as well as my own signature style.   All my cakes are baked by me, from scratch in my kitchen, using my tried and tested recipes.  

I love decorating my wedding cakes with handmade, delicate sugar flowers and find a great sense of accomplishment, satisfaction and pride whenever I am able to recreate natures blooms.
