A little bit about me

After what felt like a lifetime of working in The City I took a leap of faith in 2015 and dived into the fascinating world of sugar art and wedding cakes.  

Having always had an artistic streak,  I studied art and ceramics earlier in my life, I was craving creativity thus decided the time was right to set up cake business I had so longed to have. 

I am proud to say that I very quickly built a reputation for making showstopping, tall, modern wedding cakes with contemporary sugar flowers, in my then hometown of Sevenoaks, Kent.

Over the years my fascination for sugar flowers has really thrived,  I‘ve been fortunate enough to attended incredible workshops and learn from UK based and internationally acclaimed cake designers and sugar artists,  and have spent hours (in truth months) honing my skills

Ten years into my journey my signature style is highly recognisable and desired, my tall slender wedding cakes with tumbling sugar flowers stand out from the crowd,  they will really blow your guests away and be a talking point of your special day for years to come.

I often get messages from my couples after their special day stating that their guests simply couldn't‘ believe that “the flowers weren’t real”;  most of my couples also choose to keep them afterwards as a reminder of their  day..
